These general terms (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Where Next site and the app.where-next.me application (together, the "Service"), published by Dreamzup OÜ. Any use of the Service constitutes full and complete acceptance of the Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Where Next is an information and decision-support service for people considering a change of tax residence. It aggregates, structures, verifies and updates public data (taxation, cost of living, visas, quality of life, safety, infrastructure) on a limited number of destinations. The Service includes in particular:
- Detailed country profiles
- A multi-country comparator
- Personalised simulators (income tax, corporate tax, exit tax, cost of living)
- A step-by-step relocation plan
- A monthly newsletter
3. Non-binding nature of information
Information distributed by the Service is provided for informational and methodological purposes. It does not constitute personalised legal, tax, wealth or investment advice. Dreamzup OÜ is neither a law firm, an accountancy firm, nor a wealth management advisor. The user remains solely responsible for decisions made on the basis of consulted information and must, for any binding case, have their situation validated by a qualified professional in the relevant country.
4. User account
Access to the Service requires creating an account with a valid email address. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
